Since the event will be held on a naval base, please register with the information on your Government issued ID [Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial].

All guests will enter through Gate 2 (located at the end northern terminus off of Hampton Boulevard). Guests 18 years of age or older are required to show the sentry a Government or State issued ID. This will be verified against the guest list so be sure names/spellings match. 

Vehicles and drivers must meet all DMV requirements to access the installation and all vehicles are subject to search. Vehicle tags, registration, and Driver's License/identification must be valid. Drivers with expired vehicle tags, expired state registration, or expired/suspended Driver’s License or other form of identification will be denied access to the base and no refunds will be provided. 

Once verified, eligible guests will proceed directly to the Vista Point catering center located at 1754 Massey Hughes Drive, Bldg. Q-88 Norfolk VA 23511. Guests are required to remain in Vista Point Catering and Conference Center for the duration of the event and must exit the installation immediately following the conclusion of the event.
